How do I get alerted the day a Shopify store launches?

Around 3,200 Shopify stores launch a day. Waiting until the end of the month to find out is the difference between first contact and twentieth.

If you sell to new store owners, the gap between a store going live and you hearing about it is the only number that really matters. Everything else in your process is downstream of it.

Around 3,200 Shopify stores launch every day. Today alone, 691 have gone live so far. Nobody works that volume by hand, so the practical question is not how to see all of them but how to be told about the slice you care about, the day it appears.

Why monthly is already too late

A store's first weeks are the whole opportunity. The founder is actively choosing tools, picking suppliers, deciding whether to hire help. They have budget and they have not been pitched yet.

By the time a store shows up in a list compiled a month later, it has been contacted repeatedly, the founder has learned to ignore cold email, and the decisions you wanted to influence are already made. The data is not wrong, it is just late, and late is functionally the same as wrong here.

What a usable alert looks like

Filtered before it is sent. An alert containing every launch is noise you will stop opening within a week. Country, category and platform narrow 3,200 a day into something a person can actually act on.

Carrying the contact. An alert that gives you a domain and nothing else has handed you more work, not less. The useful version arrives with a way to reach the owner already attached.

On your schedule. Some people want the moment it happens. Most want one digest at a fixed time, because outreach gets done in a block rather than reactively.

Honest about the date. If the alert fires on crawler discovery rather than launch, you are being told about stores of unknown age and the speed is an illusion. Worth checking before you build a process on it.

Setting it up

FisherLeads watches for new sites as they appear, confirms each is genuinely live, and can send launch alerts on your filters at the frequency you choose. That covers knowing. The other half is being able to act on it the same morning.

An alert is only worth having if you can send a message that arrives. Recievet turns a domain you own into a branded address that is authenticated from day one, so the email you send on launch day reaches the inbox. Figures last confirmed October 14, 2026.

How do I get alerted when a new Shopify store launches?

Set filters on a launch feed and have it notify you. FisherLeads sends launch alerts filtered by country, category and platform, from roughly 3,200 launches a day.

How soon after a store launches can I know about it?

The same day. 691 new Shopify stores have been confirmed live so far today, as of 06:31 UTC.

Is a monthly list of new stores good enough?

Usually not. The first weeks are when the founder is still choosing tools and suppliers. A month later the decisions are made and the store has been pitched repeatedly.

Can I filter alerts by country or category?

Yes, and you should. An unfiltered alert covering every launch becomes noise quickly.
